Brenna Androschuk

Bio
Brenna joined CICI in 2025 as part of the Human Resources team. After graduating from university, she worked in Human Resources at a credit union, and then in the HR strategy department for a large construction firm. Throughout her HR career, she has focused on utilizing analytics to create strong HR programs and policies that support the people who make up the organization.
Prior to joining CICI, Brenna lived in Banff and worked in Business Development for an outdoor adventure company for about three years. She has since moved back home to Edmonton and is returning to her HR career path.
As an HR Analyst at CICI, she will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support the HR department in making data-driven decisions. Brenna is passionate about analyzing & utilizing data to strengthen her team’s priorities!
I believe the keys to success are listening to others, always wanting to learn, and working hard.
