I believe the keys to success are a clear vision, effective execution and the ability to collaborate across teams to align strategy, people and processes.

If you ask about me, my colleagues would say that I bring clarity to complex problems, listen intently and that I am willing to make hard decisions while building trust and consensus along the way.

I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex, multi-faceted problems and transforming ideas into action. I love building the systems, structure and alignment that enable people and organizations to grow with clarity and confidence.

I am looking forward to collaborating with the incredibly talented team at Canada ICI to support continued growth, enhance scalability and refine processes to elevate the experience for our clients and partners.

My personal core values are integrity, transparency, curiosity and accountability. I believe in doing the right thing – especially when it’s hard – and in creating an environment where others can grow and thrive.
