Kirsten Bradshaw

Profil

Kirsten completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing. As part of her degree, she studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh and Bocconi University. Throughout her studies, she developed an interest in commercial real estate and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Canada ICI, Kirsten completed internships in real estate development finance, corporate finance, and marketing. These experiences strengthened her interest in commercial real estate finance and provided exposure to financial modelling, investment analysis, and market research. She looks forward to building on this knowledge and contributing to the success of the Portfolio Management team.

I joined Canada ICI because of its strong reputation in commercial real estate finance and the opportunity to begin my career with a team that values collaboration and integrity.

I enjoy working in commercial real estate finance because it combines analytical thinking and strategic decision-making in a dynamic industry.
