Tina graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2020 from University of Calgary. Tina’s previous experience is in case management working with marginalized populations involved with Children’s Services. She strives to learn and grow her experience with Canada ICI in her new role within the real estate industry.
The keys to success are working hard to grow your career and never being comfortable. Success is working collaboratively as a team, problem-solving, learning from mistakes, and being ambitious and resilient.
My strengths are bringing a positive attitude to work and being genuine. I am always willing to learn and am not afraid of taking on new challenges daily. I enjoy working in a team and building working relationships with different companies.
My personal core values are empathy, self-awareness, determination, accountability, and commitment. These core values shape who I am personally and professionally.
I am motivated by having the opportunity to further my career and expertise in new areas.
I am proud of having the confidence to transition into a new career path. My education and work experience has been in social work. While making this change is challenging, I am excited about the learning opportunities and experiences at Canada ICI.
