Jamie MacInnes has worked within the financial industry since 2008 and has a passion for people leadership and development. He has led technical teams supporting lending systems and analytics, as well as credit administrative teams supporting Commercial, Real Estate, Syndications, and Equipment Finance lines of business.
I joined CICI because I wanted to be part of a leading employer in my community, with a strong record of growth and success.
I believe the keys to success are surrounding yourself with great people, always asking why, and making sure you are solving the right problem.
