Mathew is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, specializing in structuring and underwriting opportunities. Throughout his career, he has participated in equity and debt financing transactions across all asset classes.
Prior to joining Canada ICI, Mathew refined his expertise at a national mortgage advisory and development firm. In this role, he played a crucial part in the firm’s operations, driving strategic investments, facilitating capital-raising efforts, and overseeing development management initiatives.
With his depth of experience and proven track record, Mathew is regarded as a trusted advisor, known for his discerning eye for opportunity and unwavering commitment to delivering value.
