After a career in airline operations, Justin decided to move to a different path and turned to the world of Financial Crime. After a start in traditional banking battling fraud, Justin moved over to a new challenge in the emerging field of crypto compliance. During his time in crypto compliance Justin worked in house as the AML Operations Lead at a major Canadian exchange, and as a Senior Compliance Analyst for a crypto compliance consulting firm, advising and running compliance programs for numerous crypto businesses.
I believe the keys to success are owning and learning from the mistakes you have made throughout your life.
I am motivated by getting a little better at whatever I am doing everyday.
My strengths are dedication and staying calm under pressure.
The best part of my day is coming home and spending time with my wife and son.
